Chelski-Aesthetics requires a £50 non-refundable booking fee to secure any and all appointments. This is redeemable against the price of treatment, however, it is not refundable. For this reason please be sure you only book when you are committed to going forward with the appointment.
Should you wish to reschedule please give us 48 hours’ notice, otherwise cancellation fee will apply if you not be able to make your appointment or do not show up. The booking fee will be kept, and you will be asked to pay a new one when booking new appointment. Thank you for your understanding.
