Chelski-Aesthetics Terms and Conditions
Set out below are the terms and conditions on which Chelski-Aesthetics (is a trading name of DareMeNot2 Limited) provides services to its clients.
Please note your visit to www.chelski-aesthetics.com binds you to CHELSKI-AESTHETICS’s terms and conditions, alongside all applicable laws and regulations, and you agree to comply with these terms and any applicable local laws and regulations.
The term ‘client’ will refer to both patients of the CHELSKI-AESTHETICS Clinic and where appropriate models and delegates of the CHELSKI-AESTHETICS Academy.
Appointment/Consultation Cancellation Policy
Treatment appointments are secured by full prepayment of the treatment cost at the time of booking. If you wish, you can book a consultation for £50 before deciding on a treatment. The consultation fee is non-refundable but redeemable against the total cost of your treatment if you proceed.
Please note Chelski-Aesthetics operates on a 48-hour re-schedule / cancellation policy. If you wish to cancel or rearrange appointments, we kindly ask you to give us 48 hours notice.
Where adequate notice is not given or there is a no-show, the consultation fee or pre-paid treatment payment, as applicable, will be forfeited.
Punctuality and No-Show Policy:
We value your time and are committed to providing a seamless and fair experience for all Clients.
• If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and the consultation fee or pre-paid treatment payment, as applicable, will be forfeited.
• Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice (no-show) will result in the loss of that appointment and consultation fee / pre-paid treatment, as applicable.
For Clients with pre-paid treatment packages, please note that a missed appointment without notice will result in the loss of one treatment session from the package. The session will be deemed used and cannot be reinstated, transferred, or refunded.
This policy ensures fairness, protects clinic time, and allows us to maintain high standards of care for all Clients.
Treatment Suitability
All clients will have a Consultation prior to any treatment being offered. We welcome a cooling-off period for our clients post consultation and prior to treatment being conducted. During the Consultation we will assess whether the requested and/or recommended treatments are suitable for you/ and their likelihood of success. Should we feel the treatments may not be suited at the time we will inform you as to the reasons why.
Please note that if we feel the treatment is not appropriate, we have the right to decline to treat. Should the treatment be unsuitable, you will receive a refund of the pre-paid treatment amount minus the £50 consultation fee.
Treatment Expectations
Please note that no guarantee can be given as to the precise results of any treatment undertaken. At CHELSKI-AESTHETICS we make every effort to ensure you have the best possible outcome, however as it applies to all medical procedures, can be a spectrum of results. Results vary from individual to individual whilst also depending on numerous factors, many of which cannot always be predicted.
At CHELSKI-AESTHETICS we endeavour to use what is considered best practice and up-to-date techniques/approaches to help achieve a satisfactory outcome, but please note that there can be no guarantees as to the final outcome. Please be aware that your expectations and the predicted realistic outcome may be different.
Client Confidentiality
London Chelski-Aesthetic Clinic are registered with The Data Protection Act and will not discuss your treatment or share your details with any third party unless formally requested to.
Clinical Photography
All our clients will be photographed for monitoring purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, we retain the right to decline conducting the treatment.
Bookings for Treatments and Treatment Courses
Due to the demand for appointments at Chelski-Aesthetic Clinc we encourage all clients to rebook their next appointment to secure a date and time of their preferred choice. Full payment for the treatment is required at the time of booking in order to secure your appointment.
All treatments purchased as a course of treatments must be paid in full at the time of your booking and prior to your first treatment. Packages are valid for 6 months from the date of booking and all treatments must be performed within this period. Any treatments not conducted by the 6th month of the initial booking date will be forfeited. All courses of booked treatments are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be used as credit against other treatments.
However, should you not be able to complete your course due to unforeseen medical reasons (formally documented by your specialist doctor or GP) we may be able to offer an extension at our discretion.
Cancellations
To cancel or reschedule your appointment you must provide 48h notice (Mon-Saturday 9am-5pm). Where adequate notice is not provided, the consultation fee or pre-paid treatment payment, as applicable, will be forfeited.
If you are booked on any course of treatment and you are late, fail to attend or do not provide more than 48h notice to reschedule your appointment a treatment will be deducted from each course/package that is booked on the day. Please also note that we have the right to decline further appointments if deemed appropriate.
Due to unforeseen circumstances your appointment may occasionally run late and we ask you to please note that as this is a aesthetic medicine practice and we cannot always honour agreed times, however we shall do our best to alert you of this should there be a significant delay.
Clinic Prices
Please note listed prices on printed and online materials are intended as a guide and should be confirmed at the time of the consultation itself.
Filler Injections
Please note once a syringe is purchased in Clinic it has to be used at the time of the treatment only and for the consulted client (for hygiene and safety purposes). Any additional injections/ top-ups thereafter will incur a new syringe fee.
All previous filler treatments should be discussed during the initial Consultation. Any information not provided during the Consult or on the consent paperwork relating to previous fillers injected will be held at the risk of the client, should any complications occur relating to filler interaction in the future.
Botulinum Toxin Injection Top-up Reviews
A consultation is required prior Toxin treatment. After your initial botulinum toxin treatment, we encourage all clients to attend a complimentary review within 2 weeks of the initial treatment.
The review is complimentary only when carried out within this 2-week timeframe. If you do not book or attend your review within 2 weeks, any subsequent review or further treatment will be treated as a new treatment and the full treatment charge will apply.
Medical Peels
The client is obliged to inform us of any previous treatments. Furthermore, it is the responsibility of the client to adhere to recommended precautions prior to and following treatments. CHELSKI-AESTHETICS does not accept liability for any complications as a result of inaccurate medical history, incomplete disclosures, or failure to adhere to required precautions or follow ups.
Skincare Products
We do not refund medical skincare products for hygiene reasons, once purchased.
Complications
All procedures and products carry risks both for expected adverse effects and true complications which you have consented to. Some people may be at greater risk of complications. All our clients are requested to contact us directly as soon as possible should they experience any adverse effects and/or complications and we shall offer you the next available appointment for your review, photography and strategy formulation.
Should a complication be more serious, and you wish to treat it yourself through the NHS or privately please inform us of your decision. Should we also feel that you may need to be seen by the NHS we may be able to support with recommendations and arrangements within the NHS, or if you wish privately then this shall be at your own cost.
Please note that we do not offer a refund or transfer of payment in the event of any side effect (including but not limited to redness, bruising, swelling, itching, tenderness) or rare complications (including but not limited to hypo/hyperpigmentation, infection, allergy, tissue injury, nerve injury, vascular injury, necrosis, scarring etc).
Liability
Prior to any treatment it is the client’s responsibility to provide us with all relevant medical information. Chelski-Aesthetic, Agata Borowicz or the staff members will not be liable for any damage that occurs due to the client’s failure to disclose all information.
Prior to and after all treatments it is the client’s responsibility to fully comply with all instructions/information/guidance provided to them by Chelski- Aesthetic, and/or Agata Borowicz and her team regarding the care required.
Chelski-Aesthetic, Agata Borowicz and her team will not be liable in contract or otherwise for any economic/financial loss or for any other indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the client.
Complaints Policy
We endeavour to treat all our clients appropriately, compassionately and fairly. Should you experience an issue with any part of your treatment journey, you are entitled to make a complaint.
Complaints should be submitted by email to the manager of Chelski-Aesthetics.
We aim to acknowledge complaints within 3 working days and provide a full response within 20 working days where reasonably possible. If additional time is required due to the complexity of the matter, we will inform you of the reason for the delay and provide an updated timescale.
Website Content and Intellectual Property
All content on the Chelski-Aesthetics website, including but not limited to text, treatment descriptions, articles, blog posts, photographs, graphics, branding, logos, page layouts, educational materials and other original content, is owned by or licensed to Chelski-Aesthetics and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Website content may be viewed for personal, non-commercial information purposes only.
No content from this website may be copied, downloaded, reproduced, republished, distributed, modified, transmitted, displayed, scraped, extracted, commercially exploited or used to create derivative content without the prior written permission of Chelski-Aesthetics.

Gift Cards / Vouchers
Gift Vouchers and non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash and will state how long they are valid for. Limited to one voucher per person. Gift Vouchers cannot be used for product purchases, medical or surgical treatments or in conjunction with any other offers. Please bring your gift voucher with you to your appointment. • Validity: Gift cards valid for 12 months from purchase.
• Full Usage: Cards must be used in full; no partial redemption.
• Non-Refundable: Cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Expiry: Expire after the 12-month period.
• Lost/Stolen: Not replaceable if lost or stolen.
• Booking: Book in advance, mentioning the gift card.
• Unused Balances: Any unused balance is forfeited.
• Specifics: Some services may have usage restrictions.

At the day of your appointment
• Please arrive for your scheduled appointment on time.
• We ask that all patients attend their appointments on their own, if you need someone with you for additional support please let us know in advance.
• For safety reasons, children are not allowed in the treatment rooms at any time. We regret that we are unable to allow children to remain unaccompanied at Chelski-Aesthetics.
• You will be asked to fill in medical form with few screening questions.
• We will ask you to sign a consent form for treatment.
• We will clean in-between clients and then start the process with the next client.
