A few important guidelines at Chelski-Aesthetics London

To keep every appointment private, personal and running smoothly, please take a moment to read the following before you book. 

1️⃣ Limited Capacity -  please don't arrive early 

To protect the privacy of every client, we don't have a waiting area, and we see one person in the treatment room at a time. Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your appointment time. 

2️⃣ Please attend alone
We ask that you attend your appointment on your own.  For safety and insurance reasons, we're unable to accommodate children or animals in the treatment space. If you need a chaperone to accompany you, please let us know in advance so we can agree this before your appointment. 

3️⃣ Booking & payment 

All treatments are paid in full at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
If you'd like to discuss your treatment first, you can book a £50 consultation, which is redeemed against the cost of your treatment when you go ahead. 

4️⃣ Rescheduling & cancellation
Please give at least 48 hours' notice to move your appointment. With enough notice, your payment transfers to your new date. With less than 48 hours' notice, your payment is retained and full payment is required to rebook. 

5️⃣ Lateness & missed appointments (no-show)- treated the same
Arriving more than 10 minutes late is treated as a missed appointment, exactly as a no-show is. In both cases your payment is retained and cannot be refunded or transferred.
For packages or courses, that session is counted as used and it cannot be reinstated, transferred or refunded, and your remaining sessions are unaffected. 

6️⃣ Age & ID
All clients must be 18 or over (25 or over for anti-wrinkle injections). If you look under 25, please bring valid photo ID.
