Attention, valued Clients! We have some important guidelines to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone at Chelski-Aesthetic Clinic. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the following information:

1️⃣ Limited Capacity: Due to our commitment to providing personalized attention and maintaining privacy, we regret to inform you that we do not have a waiting area. Therefore, we kindly request that you do not arrive earlier than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

2️⃣ Punctuality: We understand the value of your time and aim to provide a seamless experience for all our clients. As such, we have implemented a strict lateness policy. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we will regrettably have to cancel your booking, and the booking fee will be forfeited. This policy ensures fairness and allows us to accommodate other Clients who may be waiting for their scheduled treatments.

3️⃣ Exclusive Treatment Room: To offer the utmost comfort and focus on each individual's needs, we accommodate only one person in the treatment room at a time. This policy allows our highly skilled staff to provide undivided attention and ensures the highest quality of care for every Client.

4️⃣ Age Requirement: Please note that all Clients must be over 18 years of age to receive services at Chelski-Aesthetic Clinic. We strictly adhere to this policy to maintain a safe and appropriate environment for all individuals.

5️⃣ Proof of Age: In order to comply with legal regulations and ensure the well-being of our Clients, if you appear to be under 25, we kindly request that you provide a valid form of identification upon arrival. This will help us verify your age and proceed with your scheduled treatment accordingly.

6️⃣ Chelski-Aesthetics Booking Fee: Chelski-Aesthetics requires a £50 non-refundable booking fee to secure any and all appointments. This fee will be redeemable against the price of your treatment. However, please note that the booking fee itself is not refundable. We kindly ask that you only book an appointment when you are committed to going forward with it.

7️⃣ Rescheduling and Cancellation: Should you wish to reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you give us 48 hours' notice. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a cancellation fee. In such cases, the booking fee will be retained, and you will be required to pay a new booking fee when rescheduling your appointment. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
